The aim of Phobos Strength and Conditioning is to make strength training enjoyable and accessible for everyone.

Services Offered

  • Before working with me, we will have a complimentary face to face meeting. This gives us the chance to discuss goals, method, and any concerns with exercise.

  • H.I.I.T. training is incorporated into each program based on each individual’s needs.

  • Weekly meetings make checking in easy. If we have markers to check together, or you are more comfortable keeping track yourself each week, we will check in on progress.

  • I provide each client with unique exercises, cues, and workouts. We also look at different progress indicators specific to your goals.

  • Clients have access to me for support both inside and outside the gym.
