Before working with me, we will have a complimentary face to face meeting. This gives us the chance to discuss goals, method, and any concerns with exercise.

H.I.I.T. training is incorporated into each program based on each individual’s needs.

Weekly meetings make checking in easy. If we have markers to check together, or you are more comfortable keeping track yourself each week, we will check in on progress.

I provide each client with unique exercises, cues, and workouts. We also look at different progress indicators specific to your goals.

Clients have access to me for support both inside and outside the gym.
